Unfortunately, I ordered the “cardy” style rather than simple suede. So, I had to return this order but the blame falls squarely on me. It was designed to be a Christmas gift for my wife.

I ordered these boots for my daughter for Xmas and actually lucked out because they fit her perfectly and she liked them. In the future I will not order shoes or boots for anyone over the net because I found out after I ordered them there would have been a restocking fee plus shipping to the company which happened to be in Hawaii. I also read after I ordered that you should order these in a smaller size, so I felt sure they weren’t going to fit. (I ordered her normal size, and they fit perfectly.) I e-mailed the company to ask what to do if they didn’t work out, but they never responded. I went to their web site and read about the restocking fee and shipping. Save yourself much anxiety and buy shoes after you try them on.

The Ugg boots are the most comfortable pair of boots/shoes I’ve ever worn.
They may be “ugly” but I bought already 3 pairs of them. The classic cardy ( not to wear on rainy days ), classic short and classic tall. I love them all!
All of them are a size smaller than I normally use to wear.

I love these boots they are sooo cute. However, I guess I’m in between sizes the 6 was too small and the 7 was too big. So I’m out $40 in shipping and returns and UGG-less. I’d advise trying these on in person before buying online. I own classic UGG boots in a size 6 that fit perfect. I guess something with the sweater material doesn’t agree with the size of my feet! I’m sad, I really wish they would have worked out.
