Ugg cleaner is all there is. Nothing else. Maybe is was permanent pen? Use the ugg stain repellent as soon as possible, it protects your boot. I stepped in mud and my uggs were fine.

you should just throw them out and get a decent pair of moccasins.

you can try tide to go but that might just make the pen mark lighter. also, you could try carpet stain remover….

You pick the atrociously ugly boot up and walk (or run) to the garbage can. Throw the boot in, and let out a sigh of relief.

Try a pool or a little chlorine in a bathtub or sink mixed with water. See http://i653.photobucket.com/albums/uu255/bbqmon/uggclean.jpg for example. This helps get out just about any stains.

Most shoe repairs will be able to professionally clean them. Just call around and ask if they do Ugg cleaning (sheepskin is different than suede). It should cost around $20-$30
